IGF-1在乳腺癌中的表达与临床意义

EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF IGF-1 IN HUMAN BREAST CANCER

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Max Vision法和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测80例乳腺癌组织、60例乳腺纤维腺瘤、50例癌旁正常乳腺组织中IGF-1蛋白和基因的表达情况,并分析IGF-1表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织IGF-1蛋白和m RNA的表达均明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤和癌旁正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中IGF-1的表达与年龄无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-1高表达在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中可能具有重要作用。

Objective： To explore the expression and clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor 1（IGF-1） in human breast cancer. Methods： Max Vision immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR were used to detect the IGF-1 protein and m RNA expression in 80 cases of breast cancer, 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 50 cases of normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma; And the relationships between IGF-1 expression and clinicopathologic features of breast cancer were also analyzed. Results： The IGF-1 protein and m RNA expression in breast cancer were obviously higher than breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma（P〈0.05）. The expression of IGF-1 in breast cancer was not related to age（P〈0.05）, but was related to tumor size, lymph node metastasis and histological differentiation（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： High expression of IGF-1 may play important role in development of breast cancer.
