胃癌患者血清CRP和IL-6水平与临床病理特征的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其转移和复发率较高,严重影响人们的健康生活[1,2]。如能准确诊断胃癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移状况,有助于制定最佳治疗策略[3]。目前,临床常见的胃癌生化指标有癌胚抗原（carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA）、糖类抗原19-9（carbonhydrate antigen 19-9,CA19-9）等,其特异性和敏感度均不够理想[4]。近年来,
