Reform and Practice on Teaching of Surfactant Chemistry in Application Oriented Universities

表面活性剂化学是应用化学、化学工程与工艺专业精细化工方向的主要课程,具有涉及面广、实用性强等特点。根据应用型人才培养目标的要求,结合我校专业特色,本文从优化教学内容、改革教学方法、加强实验教学、完善评价机制等方面探讨了提高教学质量的具体措施。

Surfactant chemistry is the main course of fine chemical in applied chemistry and chemical engineering and technology major,which has the characteristics of wide coverage and strong practicability.According to the requirements of application oriented talents training objectives and the professional characteristics of major,we discussed concrete measures to improve teaching quality through optimizing teaching contents,reforming teaching methods,strengthening experimental teaching,and perfecting evaluation mechanism in this paper.
