中国特色社会主义进入新时代,这是党的十九大作出的重大政治判断。新时代开启新征程,赋予中国马克思主义从文化维度发展的新使命。新时代中国马克思主义发展的文化之维,就是要不断打造蕴含马克思主义的优秀文化成果,通过这些"硬通货"不断满足人民的精神文化需求,并在国际间的交流交融中增强马克思主义影响力,开创马克思主义发展的新境界。这就要求新时代中国马克思主义在发展中要坚持文化传承,特别是要坚持文化性质的传承、文化定位的传承以及文化基因的传承;借鉴和吸收有益的文明成果,运用其有效的文化话语表达方式,结合中国的实际国情,审视其有益的文化政策;实现文化转化,有效把握文化内在的层次转化规律、差异协同规律和结构功能规律,促进中华优秀文化成果的现代转化,推动文化资源转化为文化软实力,增强马克思主义在世界范围内的引领力,实现新时代中国马克思主义发展新境界。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. This is a major political judgment made by the19 th CPC National Congress. The new era has opened up a new journey and given new impetus to the development of Chinese Marxism from the cultural dimension. The cultural dimension of the development of Marxism in China in a new era is to continue to create excellent cultural achievements that contain Marxism. Through these ＂hard currency＂,we will continue to meet the people＇s spiritual and cultural needs,to enhance the influence of Marxism in National communication and create a new realm of the development of Marxism. This requires that in the new era,Chinese Marxism in the process of development must adhere to cultural heritage,in particular,the inheritance of cultural nature,cultural orientation and cultural gene; to learn and absorb the useful achievements of civilization,combining with Chinese actual national conditions,and we can use its effective cultural discourse to review its beneficial cultural policy; to achieve the cultural transformation and effectively grasp the cultural level of the inherent transformation of the law,the difference between the law of coordination and structure and function; to accelerate the modern transformation of Chinese excellent culture achievements and transform cultural resources into cultural soft power; to enhance the leadership of Marxism in the world and achieve a new development of China＇s Marxism in a new era.
