中国各地之间的经济竞争,就是营商环境的竞争。目前营商环境越好的地方,越是着力于营商环境的进一步改善和提升,为未来的竞争力奠定基础分别于2018年1月3日和1月17日召开的国务院两次常务会议,都聚焦了同一个议题：进一步优化营商环境。执政党、政府和司法机关相继采取强力措施,以期达到平等保护产权、保护企业家精神和改善营商环境的目的,中国的法治经济有望进入良性循环。
