摘要
为了加快推动边境地区贫困人口脱贫致富进程,当地政府在国家的统筹安排下,实施了＂集中安置＂扶贫政策。但政策的实施在取得成效的同时也给我国的边防管理工作带来了一些不利影响。本文从探讨集中安置扶贫政策制定与实施背景入手,分析了该政策实施对我国陆地边防管理工作带来的不利影响,并针对存在的问题提出了应对措施。
In order to promote the process of poverty alleviation, local government has implemented the centralized settlement poverty alleviation policy with the nation ＇s overall arrangement. But it brought some adverse effects on our country＇s border control.This article discussed the formulation and implementation of the centralized settlement poverty alleviation policy. Then it analyzed the policy ＇s adverse effects of our country＇s border control. Finally, it provided several solutions to the problems.
