摘要
本文采用文献法、德尔菲法和层次分析法构建云南省边疆少数民族大学生就业质量指标体系,包括4个二级指标和8个三级指标。通过问卷调查法进行检验,构建指标具有合理性、科学性和一致性。在验证分析中,指标体系间具有显著正相关,能够预测云南省边疆少数民族大学生就业质量的基本情况,工作时间、文化程度和所学专业的差异对工作前提、就业保障、个人发展和工作价值具有显著统计学意义。
This paper adopts the literature method, Delphi method and AHP to set up the index system of the employment quality of the frontier minority college students in Yunnan Province, including 4 two level indicators and 8 three level indicators. Through the questionnaire survey method, the construction index is reasonable, scientific and consistent. In the verification analysis, the index system has significant positive correlation, which can predict the basic situation of the employment quality of the minority nationality college students in Yunnan province. Moreover, the differences in working time, educational level and majors are statistically significant for job presupposition, employment security, personal development and work value.
