环保新型淀粉接枝共聚物在清洗中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了一种可生物降解的聚合物——淀粉接枝共聚物。其分子结构是以多聚糖为骨架,接枝石油来源单体。该类聚合物可在清洗剂配方中作为助洗剂。文中重点介绍了其用于自动洗碗机清洗剂和织物清洗剂中的性能。最后,还对淀粉接枝共聚物的生命周期进行了评价。数据显示:淀粉接枝共聚物在清洗应用中具有和普通聚合物相似的功能,但是却更加绿色环保,是一种生态友好型聚合物。 A kind of biodegradable hybrid polymer, the starch graft copolymer composed of polysaccharide as backbone and synthetic monomers as graft, is introduced in this article. It can be used in cleaning formulation as a builder. Its applications in automatic dishwashing cleaner and laundry detergent are mainly presented in this article. At last, the life cycle of starch graft copolymer is reviewed. The data show that starch graft copolymer has similar performance with synthetic polymers, but it is a more green and eco-friendly polymer.
