摘要
超高碱值润滑油添加剂(T106A)是一种性能较好的润滑油添加剂。本文采用以中性磺酸钙T105为主要原料,进行碳酸化反应,合成总碱值(TBN)达到400 mg KOH/g的超高碱性磺酸钙T106A。详细研究二氧化碳通入速率及其通入量对合成超高碱值T106A的碱值、浊度、粘度以及过滤情况的影响。结果发现CO_2通入量及通入速率对合成T106A反应的影响较大。在合成T106A的过程中较适宜的二氧化碳二氧化碳通入量为12 L、通入速率为300 m L/min。
Overbased calcium sulfonate is a good oil-soluble lubricating oil additive with strong acid neutralization capacity. The synthetic route of calcium sulfonate with super-high TBN 400 was developed by taking T105 as main raw material. The influence of the amount and flow rate of carbon dioxide on the TBN, turbidity, viscosity and filtration of prepared T106 A was investigated. Experiment results showed that the amount and flow rate of carbon dioxide had much influence on the synthesis of T106 A. The suitable conditions for this synthesis were obtained as follows: the amount and flow rate of carbon dioxide were 12 L and 300 m L/min, respectively.
