摘要
废弃钻井液是油气田勘探开发作业过程产生的相应的气、固、液等废弃物,其含粘土、加重材料、各种化学处理剂、污水、污油及钻屑的多相稳态胶体悬浮体系。其水质复杂,含有很高浓度的污染物,性质相对而言比较特殊,具有多变性等水质特征。在野外钻井过程中产生的废弃钻井液,会对土壤、地表水以及地下水会产生污染,并且会对环境造成一定的影响和破坏,同时对动植物及人类健康会产生直接或间接的危害。本文所用的废弃钻井液来自于红南平的油井,设计一套试验方法对其进行化学脱稳。初步筛选出适用破胶剂,然后进行实验条件的优化选择,设计的试验研究内容包括破胶剂用量选择、废弃钻井液最佳试验的p H值。
The waste drilling fluid is gas, solid and liquid waste produced from the oil-gas field exploration, which contains clay, heavier material, chemicals, sewage, oil pollution and cuttings, and is a steady-state multiphase colloidal suspension system. The fluid is complex, and has high concentration of pollutants, and has special nature such as variability and so on. The waste drilling fluid is one of the major pollution sources to the oil-gas field, which will pollute the soil, the surface and ground water. So it will destroy the environment, directly or indirectly harm the animal and plant life and the health of human. In this paper, an experimental method of chemical destabilization of the waste drilling fluid from Hongnanping well was designed. The designed experiments included the selection of suitable breaking agent, the optimization of experimental conditions, such as waste drilling fluid PH value, centrifugal time, the type of auxiliary.
