摘要
2017年长庆钻井总公司在前旗区块共施工气探井6口,其中5口井发生井漏,3口井发生恶性井漏,堵漏过程中出现漏点多、周期长、成功率低等难点,严重影响钻井正常施工。本文主要针对该区块面临的堵漏难点,通过优化钻井液性能、改进堵漏工艺、试验堵漏新技术、优化井身结构等措施,对该区块防漏堵漏技术有了一定认识,为后续防漏堵漏工作奠定了一定的基础。
6 Gas exploration wells in Qianqi blocks were drilled by Changqing drilling company in 2017, lost circulation problems appeared in five wells among them. More difficulties appeared in plugging process, such as long cycle, low success rate and so on, which seriously affected normal drilling construction. In this paper, aiming at the difficulties in plugging process, some measures such as optimizing drilling fluid performance, improving the plugging process, testing new technologies, optimizing well bore structure and so on were put forward, which could lay a certain foundation for subsequent plugging work.
