我国家庭危险废物处置的若干问题及对策

Some Problems and Countermeasures of Household Hazardous Waste Disposal in China

随着我国国民经济水平的快速提升,人们在不断追求美好生活的同时,产生了大量的家庭危险废物,对生活环境和人体健康造成了极大的危害。本文从家庭危险废物处理现状及存在的问题两方面进行阐述,明确指出当前的主要问题包括:民众对危废的危害意识薄弱、家庭危险废物非法转移处置问题突出、家庭危险废物处理技术不成熟、国内缺乏约束性的相关法律法规。最后,根据当前形势并提出了一些行之有效的应对策略。

With the rapid development of our national economy, Chinese citizens are eager for a better life. While, we are also producing a large number of household hazardous waste, which has brought harm great impairments to the living environment and human health. In this paper, the current situation and existing problems of household hazardous waste treatment in China were introduced. The main problems were pointed out as follows： weak public awareness, serious unlawful transportation, immature disposal technologies, and the lack of restrictive laws and regulations. Finally, some effective countermeasures based on the current situations were put forward.
