摘要
硫酸氢氯吡格雷为多晶型类药物,不同的晶型对其药物的理化性质及药物代谢动力学均有不同程度的影响。本文分别从晶型的分析方法、晶型的稳定性研究及药物代谢动力学方面对硫酸氢氯吡格雷的晶型研究进行了阐述。
Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate is a polymorphic form medicine. Different crystal forms will affect its physicochemical properties and pharmacokinetics. In this paper, the polymorphic from of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate was studied from the aspects of crystal form stability and pharmacokinetics by crystal form analysis method.
