摘要
X80钢材具有较高的强度和韧性,目前广泛应用于石油与天然气管道集输,在油气储运工程上产生了巨大的作用。利用真实土壤模拟溶液对X80钢材腐蚀行为进行了相关实验分析,初步分析了阴极反应,以及pH值和溶解氧对X80钢材质的腐蚀行为的相关影响,并探讨其反应机理,为油气管道的腐蚀行为研究提供参考。
X80 steel has high strength and toughness. It is widely used in petroleum and natural gas pipeline gathering and transportation, and has played a huge role in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering. It is very important to study the safety of pipeline corrosion. In this paper, experimental analysis on corrosion behavior of X80 steel was carried out with real soil simulated solution, the cathode reaction was investigated, the effect of pH value and dissolved oxygen on corrosion behavior of X80 steel was analyzed, and the reaction mechanism was also investigated, which could provide reference for study on corrosion behavior of oil and gas pipelines.
