摘要
随着高速铁路时代的来临,铁路企业员工的工作生活节奏不断加快,员工面临的身心健康问题已经成为影响企业发展的重要因素。本实践项目在充分调研的基础上,科学构建了铁路员工"快乐工作幸福生活"计划方案。该方案的构建基于积极心理学的幸福PERMA模型,并融合优势与美德、坚毅、福流、心理资本等积极心理学核心理论。自方案计划实施以来,被培训的职工逐步培养了大局意识,对职业发展、心理健康逐步建立起合理认识,逐步掌握了自我调适的方法,一定程度上提高了个人积极心理素养、增强了对企业的满意度,从而在一定程度上促进了组织绩效的提升。该实践方案可以为中国运输企业的持续健康发展提供决策支持,为中国运输企业积极组织建设提供参考。
With the advent of the high-speed railway era, the mental and physical health problems faced by employees become an important factor affecting the development of railwayenterprises.On the basis of full investigation,this practice constructs a program of "happy work and happy life" for railway employees. The project is based on the core theories of positive psychology, such as PERMA,VIA, grit,flow.Since the implementation of this project,railway employees gradually improvepersonal positive psychological quality,enhance the positive psychological satisfaction of enterprises,so as to promote the improvement of organizational performance.The practice can provide reference for the positive organization construction of China's transportation enterprises.
