对当前形势下我国物流降本增效核心问题的思考

Thinking on the Key Problems of Reducing Cost and Increasing Efficiency of Logistics in Current Situation

如何正确认识物流成本核心问题是影响我国未来物流发展政策导向和具体措施的关键。为推进物流降本增效促进实体经济发展,一批国家重大政策举措近期密集出台发布,但关于物流成本核心问题以及降本增效主要方向存在着不同认识。鉴于此,本文对物流成本现有主要观点进行梳理归纳,提出了＂社会物流总费用占GDP的比重并不衡量物流成本的高低＂等物流成本核心问题的不同认识,有助于深化对于物流成本的认识、精准推进物流降本增效。

How to correctly understand the core problem of logistics cost is the key to determine the policy orientation and concrete measures of logistics development in the future. In order to promote the development of real economy by lowering logistics cost and increasing logistics efficiency, a number of national policy and initiatives has been intensively released recently. However, there are more and more different understandings on the core problem of logistics cost and the main direction of cost reduction efficiency increasing of logistics policy.So this paper summarizes the existing main opinions on logistics cost, put forward such thinking and suggestions for logistics cost core issues as the ratio of total social logistics cost as GDP can＇t represent the level of logistics cost, which is helpful to deepen the understanding of the logistics cost, as well as promoting cost reduction efficiency increasing policy precisely.
