摘要
数字化车间是智能制造的生产组织模式,数字化车间的建设实际是车间生产制造过程数据流的建立。因此,车间级数据采集作为建立数字化车间的重要基础,通常采用两种方式:与制造单元直接通信的系统,以及基于周期或事件采集车间数据的检测系统,而数据采集可以由过程自动执行或通过人机专用接口手动执行。本文论述了数字化车间通用的数据采集模式,以及生产过程和数字化工位的数据采集方案,可作为数字化车间数据采集实施的参考。
Digital workshop is the production organization mode of intelligent manufacture, the construction of the digital workshop is actually the establishment of the workshop production process data flow, as a result, as an important basis of digital workshop construction,the workshop level data acquisition usually takes two ways: directly communicate with manufacture unit, or based on cycle or events workshop data detection system, the data acquisition.can be performed by the automatic process or through man-machine interface.This paper discusses the data acquisition mode of the digital workshop and the data acquisition scheme of the production process and digitized workstation, which can be used as a reference for digital workshop data collection and implementation.
