数字化车间数据采集与应用技术探讨

数字化车间是智能制造的生产组织模式,数字化车间的建设实际是车间生产制造过程数据流的建立。因此,车间级数据采集作为建立数字化车间的重要基础,通常采用两种方式:与制造单元直接通信的系统,以及基于周期或事件采集车间数据的检测系统,而数据采集可以由过程自动执行或通过人机专用接口手动执行。本文论述了数字化车间通用的数据采集模式,以及生产过程和数字化工位的数据采集方案,可作为数字化车间数据采集实施的参考。

Digital workshop is the production organization mode of intelligent manufacture, the construction of the digital workshop is actually the establishment of the workshop production process data flow, as a result, as an important basis of digital workshop construction,the workshop level data acquisition usually takes two ways： directly communicate with manufacture unit, or based on cycle or events workshop data detection system, the data acquisition.can be performed by the automatic process or through man-machine interface.This paper discusses the data acquisition mode of the digital workshop and the data acquisition scheme of the production process and digitized workstation, which can be used as a reference for digital workshop data collection and implementation.
