目的探讨中老年人静态平衡能力与认知、焦虑之间的相关性。方法选择北京市海淀区中老年受试者57例,其中女性28例,男性29例;年龄50~70岁,平均年龄59.70岁;平均身高164.49 cm,平均体质量69.51 kg,平均体质量指数25.63 kg/m^2。受试对象分别在睁眼双足、睁眼单足、闭眼双足、闭眼单足4种站立状态下测试10 s平衡能力。用简单反应时(SRT)和空间记忆广度(VMT)测试受试者的认知功能。用贝克焦虑量表和状态-特质焦虑问卷进行焦虑状态评估。分析平衡能力与认知、焦虑之间的相关性。结果睁眼双足状态下,VMT与线形图总长度(L-SKG)有显著的相关性(r=-0.43,P=0.01)。睁眼单足状态下,SRT与轨迹长度(LFS)有显著的相关性(r=0.44,P=0.01),T-AI与x轴上摆动幅度(SM_x)的平均值呈正相关系(r=0.35,P=0.04)。闭眼双足状态下,VMT与L-SKG有显著的相关性(r=-0.42,P=0.01)。闭眼单足状态下SRT与y轴上摆动幅度(SMy)的平均值有相关性(r=-0.34,P=0.04),BAI与MD呈负相关关系(r=-0.33,P=0.04)。结论对于50~70岁健康中老年人来说,静态平衡能力与认知、焦虑之间有一定的相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between the static balance ability and the cognition and anxiety in elder individuals. Methods A total of 57 middle-aged and elderly subjects in Haidian District, Beijing were enrolled, which included 29 males and 28 females, aged 50-70 years old with mean age of 59.70 years old, mean height of 164.49 cm, mean body weight of 69.51 kg and mean body mass index of 25.63 kg/m^2. All of the subjects were tested 10-second equilibration capability in 4 standing conditions: eye-opening-double-leg, eye opening-single-leg, eye-closure-double-leg and eye-closure-single-leg. The cognitive function was tested with simple response time(SRT) and visuospatial memory test(VMT), and the state of anxiety was assessed using Baker anxiety scale and state-trait anxiety questionnaire. The correlation between balance ability and cognition and anxiety were analyzed. Results The spatial memory span was strongly correlated with length of statokinesigram(L-SKG)(r =-0.43, P = 0.01) in eye-opening-double-leg condition. The SAT was strongly correlated with LFS(r = 0.44, P = 0.01) in eye-opening-single-leg condition. The VMT was strongly correlated with L-SKG(r =-0.42, P =0.01) in eye-closure-double-leg condition. The SRT was correlated with mean value of swing manipulation on y-axis(SM_y)(r =-0.34, P = 0.04) in eye-closure-single-leg condition. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the balance ability is associated with cognition and anxiety in elder individuals.
