摘要 通过对近三年全国食品添加剂抽检监测数据分析,得出我国食品添加剂总体质量较好,产品合格率99.56%。不合格企业主要集中在新疆、山东、浙江、河南、广东等省份,是抽检中应重点关注的省份,主要质量问题为品质指标不合格,占总不合格指标的34.5%;微生物指标不合格,占总不合格指标的37.9%,食品添加剂企业应加强对生产环节中的杀菌工艺和环境卫生的管理,努力提高食品添加剂的品质。通过对抽检数据的各个维度的比较及分析,使监管人员和消费者了解食品添加剂的产品质量状况,加强监管,引导消费,促进食品添加剂行业健康发展。 Through the analysis of the national food additive sampling data for the past three years,it is concluded that the overall quality of food additives in China is better and the product qualification rate is 99.56%. Unqualified enterprises are mainly concentrated in Xinjiang,Zhejiang,Henan,Guangdong and other provinces,is the focus should be concerned about the provinces. The main quality problems for the quality indicators failed,accounting for 34.5% of the total unqualified indicators;microbial indicators failed,accounting for 37.9% of the total failure index. Food additives enterprises should strengthen the production process in the sterilization process and environmental health management,and strive to improve the quality of food additives. For the comparison and analysis of the various dimensions of the sampling data,it is expected to make the supervisors and consumers understand the product quality of the food additives,strengthen the supervision and guide the consumption,and promote the healthy development of the food additive industry.
