真姬菇水溶性多酚的提取及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过单因素与Box-Behnken设计,响应面分析法优化真姬菇天然抗氧化剂多酚的提取工艺。结果表明,从真姬菇中提取多酚的优化工艺是:水,液料比28:1(mL/g),提取时间4 h与提取温度43℃。根据优化的提取工艺,从真姬菇中提取多酚的真实得率是6.08±0.034 mg/g。此外,分别应用钼酸铵法与自由基清除法分析了多酚提取物的抗氧化与清除自由基活性。这些分析方法获得的结果表明,多酚提取物的总抗氧化活性与清除自由基的能力均弱于阳性对照维生素C。本研究结果表明,真姬菇多酚提取优化工艺可行,真姬菇多酚提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性。 Polyphenols,a kind of natural antioxidants,were extracted from Hypsizygus marmoreus by the strategy,which was based on single factor design and Box-Behnken design and optimized by surface response methodology. Corresponding results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for polyphenols from Hypsizygus marmoreus were pure water,liquid to material ratio 28 : 1( mL/g),extraction time 4 h,and extraction temperature 43℃. According to the optimal extraction conditions,actual extraction yield of polyphenols from Hypsizygus marmoreus was 6.08±0.034 mg/g. Furthermore,total antioxidant activity and scavenging free radicals activity of polyphenol extracts were investigated by ammonium molybdate method and free radicals scavenging assays,respectively. Corresponding results from these assays showed that both total antioxidant activity and scavenging capacity for polyphenol extracts were lower than positive control Vitamin C. These data from this study suggested that the optimized polyphenol extraction procedure for Hypsizygus marmoreus is practicable,and the polyphenol extracts exhibit certain antioxidant activities.
