摘要
目的研究苦竹叶黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法以四氧嘧啶构建2型糖尿病小鼠模型,给予苦竹叶黄酮提取物,分别检测空白组、模型组、治疗组的空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素、糖耐量、肝糖原、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,将所测结果进行统计分析。结果治疗组小鼠FBG水平明显下调,降低血清MDA含量而明显升高空腹胰岛素水平,提高糖耐量和肝糖原的含量,增强SOD活性,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与空白组比较,FBG、空腹胰岛素、糖耐量、肝糖原、MDA及SOD的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苦竹叶黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病小鼠有显著的降血糖效果。
OBJECTIVE To study the hypoglycemic effect of flavones from pleioblastus amarus leaves(FPAL) on diabetic rats.METHODS The model of diabetic rats was established by alloxan in rats. FPAL was used to treat rat models. The fasting blood glucose(FBG) levels,insulin,glucose tolerance,hepatic glycogen content,the activity of blood serum SOD and the content of blood serum MDA were determined in the normal group,the model group and treat group. The results were statisticsed and analysed.RESULTS Compared with the model group,the treat group could significantly reduce FBG levels and the content of blood serum MDA,improve insulin level,glucose tolerance and increase hepatic glycogen content and the activity of blood serum SOD(P〈0.05).Compared with the normal group,the treat group fed with FPAL had no effect of FBG,insulin,glucose tolerance,hepatic glycogen content,MDA,SOD(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION Flavones from pleioblastus amarus leaves have obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats.
