高土壤电阻率地区管道牺牲阳极保护季节性优化研究 被引量:4

Seasonal Optimization of Sacrificial Anode Protection for Pipelines in Regions with Soil of High Resistivity

摘要 利用土壤电阻率表征土壤的非均匀性,建立了非均匀土壤阴极保护电位分布模型,并采用BEASY软件进行模拟计算。结果表明:按照现行牺牲阳极设计标准均匀敷设Mg牺牲阳极组,管道存在欠保护问题;在高土壤电阻率地区,考虑季节因素,继续增加Mg牺牲阳极组并不能有效降低管道电位,改铺Mg牺牲阳极带则可以实现管道的可靠保护。 It usually assumes that soil medium is uniform in conventional cathodic protection numerical model. However, there is not any design computation model according to practical soil surroundings.In this paper, soil resistivity was used to characterize the soil heterogeneity, then the potential distribution model of cathodic protection for pipeline in heterogeneous regions soil was established. The simulation computation was carried out by BEASY. The results show that the pipeline will be under protection when Mg sacrificial anode sets are laid uniformly according to the current standard of sacrificial anode design.Due to the variation of relevant factors with the seasons change, the cathodic potential of the whole pipeline cannot be maintained within the reasonable level by adding more Mg sacrificial anode sets, instead laying Mg ribbon sacrificial anodes will enable the pipeline to be reliably protected in the region with soil of high resistivity.
