如何走好新时代乡村振兴之路

中国能否如期全面建成小康社会,能否如期建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国,重点和难点都在农村地区。实施乡村振兴战略是党中央根据当前中国国情和发展阶段变化作出的一项重大战略决策。在人民日益向往美好生活的新时代,我们所需要的乡村振兴不单纯是某一领域、某一方面的振兴,而是既包括经济、社会和文化振兴,也包括治理体系创新和生态文明进步在内的全面振兴。城市与乡村是一个相互依存、相互融合、互促共荣的生命共同体。实施乡村振兴战略,就是要防止农村凋敝,促进城乡共同繁荣。在实施这一战略的过程中,需要破解人才短缺、资金不足和农民增收难三大难题。

In China＇s efforts to finish building a well-off society in all respects and become a prosperous, democratic, civilized and beautiful socialist modern nation as scheduled, the key and difficulties lie in the rural areas. The strategy of rejuvenating the countryside is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee on the basis of changes in China＇s current conditions and development stage. In the new era in which the people are increasingly yearning for a better life, the reiuvenation of the countryside they need is not simply rejuvenation in a certain area or aspect, but a comprehensive rejuvenation including Ix）th economic and social rejuvenation as well as innovation in the governance system and ecological progress. The cities and villages are two connected communities that are interdependent, intertwined and mutually beneficial. Implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside means to prevent the rural areas from languishing and promote the common prosperity of urban and rural areas. In the process of implementing this strategy, we need to solve the three major problems of shortage of talents, inadequate funds and difficulty in increasing farmers＇ income.
