Viewing Current Rural Land Use in China from the Human-Land Harmony Perspective

作为农业大国,我国农村土地的合理利用成为谋求农村经济可持续发展的关键,而这项合理利用又涉及到协调人类无限需求与土地有限供给之间的矛盾。本文旨在从人地和谐的视角出发,以可持续发展理念为指导,深入剖析我国在当前农村土地利用方面存在的问题及不和谐因素,从人、地、生态、利用效率和权利等方面为我国农村土地的可持续利用提供对策建议。

As a large agricultural country, the rational utilization of rural land becomes the key to seeking sustainable development of rural economy in our country And this rational utilization involves the contradiction between the coordination of unlimited human needs and the limited supply of land. Based on the concept of sustainable development, this paper aims to analyze in depth the existing problems and disruptive factors in current rural land use in China from the perspective of human-land harmony and provide suggestions on sustainable rural land use in terms of people, land, ecology, utilization efficiency and rights.
