摘要
依据ECE R37法规对机动车辆灯泡进行E-mark认证检测,检测灯泡尺寸时发现如下问题:H1、H3这两个类型的尺寸数据活页中测量角度用的轴线未标注属性,因此会因为测试角度方法不一致而导致结果不准确;T4W和H27W/1、H27W/2的数据活页中角度标准值只有标称值,没有限值,易造成企业随意生产,影响灯泡最佳使用效果。我站经过查阅类似标准和对此法规的理解,结合长期的测量经验,通过C-GTB(国际汽车照明和信号专家委员会中国委员会)向GTB提出了修改H1、H3的数据活页的提案,并获得批准,现已递交WP29(联合国车辆法规协调世界论坛)即将完成ECE灯光法规修改程序。本文介绍了机动车辆灯泡尺寸的测量方法及我站在E-Mark产品认证检测执行ECE R37法规过程中发现的一些问题及修改意见。
E-mark certification testing is according to UNECE Regulation No. 37. During testing the sizes of lamps, some problems have been found: in the data sheets of the categories H1 and H3, the axes used to measure the angles do not be dimensioned its attribute so that may result in measured inaccurate angle values; in the data sheets of the categories T4W, H27W/1 and H27W/2, the nominal values of the angles are only specified without limit values so that enterprises may produce at will and impact on the best using effect for the lamps. Referring to relevant standards, based on our understanding on this Regulation and combining with long-term measuring experience, we have presented the amendment proposals at the C-GTB meetings. The proposals about H1 and H3 have been approved. Now they have been already submitted to WP. 29 to complete UNECE Regulation amendment procedure. This paper introduces the method for measuring the sizes of motor vehicle lamps, and the problems we found during the E-mark certification test according to UNECE Regulation No. 37.
