摘要
LED光谱辐射仪是LED行业最为关键的检测仪器之一,其计量特性直接影响着产业产品的质量,但目前并无可靠完整的专门校准装置和方法。为此,本文提出了一种专门校准装置和方法,并应用于产业LED光谱辐射计的校准,给出建议计量分级指标。
LED spectral radiometer is one of the most critical testing instruments in the LED industry. Its metrological characteristics directly affect the quality of industrial products, but there is no reliable calibration device and method for now. Therefore, a special calibration device and calibration methods for LED spectral radiometer are presented and applied in this paper, and a proposed grading indicators for LED spectral radiometer is also given.
