摘要
介绍传统建筑运维管理存在的问题,以徐州便民服务中心工程为例,建立基于BIM的运维管理系统框架体系,该框架体系分为三个层次:用户层、应用层和数据层,共同完成设备管理、空间管理、消防管理、信息管理、资金管理等各方面的管理工作,为实际的运维管理提供参考。
This paper introduces the existing problems of traditional building operation and maintenance management. Taking convenience service center project of Xuzhou as an example,establishes the framework system of operation and maintenance management system based on BIM. The framework system is divided into three layers:user layer,application layer and data layer,which complete all aspects of equipment management,space management,fire management,information management,capital management the management work,in order to provide references for the actual operation and maintenance management.
