基于分析统计的装配式与现浇式成本比较研究

Research on Cost Comparison between Precast and Cast-in-place Based on Analysis and Statistics

选取三个装配整体式混凝土建筑项目,以整个建筑单体作为研究对象,统计分析其建造过程成本,并比较装配部分和现浇部分的成本差距,分析造成两者成本差距的关键因素,进而提出装配式建筑成本控制方案。

This paper selects three precast concrete buildings,regarding the whole building as the research object,analyzes the construction cost and compares the cost gap between the precast part and the cast-in-place part. Then,analyzes the key factors that cause the both cost gap,and finally puts forward the precast building cost control measures.
