摘要
在"协同学"理论支撑下,分析影响高职通信技术专业培育"工匠精神"的因素,从专业群的协同发展、课程体系的重构与创新、实训体系的协同与创新、校企政协同培育措施等方面,结合协同创新的理论以通信技术专业为切入点,研究如何培育学生的"工匠精神",从而为"工匠精神"的培育找到实在的落脚点和实施平台,以达到优化人才教学方案,培养一批同时具有实际动手技能和高尚情操的人才。
Supported by "Synergetics" theory, this paper analyses the reasons of obstructions on the cultivating "Spirit of Artisans" in higher vocational communication technology major. From the professional group of coordinated development, reconstruction and innovation of curriculum system, training system's collaboration and innovation, the cocultivation measures between school and enterprise and government etc, this paper makes research on how to cultivate students' "Artisan Spirit" in the background of collaborative innovation, and to find the platform for the cultivation of "Artisan Spirit",in order to optimize the mode of personnel training, and promote the overall quality of students
