摘要 针对武器系统在海上存储、运输和作战使用时舰船振动参数测量的问题,设计并实现了一套便携式舰船振动监测系统。该系统基于PC-104总线设计,计算存储能力强,精度高,集成了高精度传感器,通过主机、传感器、电池分离的设计具备了较强的便携性,适合舰船监测环境。试验数据表明,系统可以有效采集装备全寿命周期的振动参数信息,对舰载武器装备寿命评估、健康管理、故障预测等有重要意义。 Aiming at the problem of monitoring of the warship vibration parameters when storing,transporting and using weapons on the sea,a portable warship vibration monitor system is designed and realized in this paper. This system is designed based on PC-104 bus,which has strong calculation and storage capacity and high precision. It integrates advanced sensors. The design of separated mainframe,sensors and battery brings strong portability,which is suitable for the warship environment. The test data shows this system can effectively gather vibration information during the whole life-cycle. This system has significance to life evaluation,health management and failure prediction of ship-borne weapons.
