2006—2016年酒店安全事故特征变化研究

On the Change of Hotel Accident Characteristics During 2006-2016

酒店安全问题一直是影响酒店运营的重要因素,探究酒店安全事故的特征变化是构建酒店安全体系的重要组成部分。文章搜索和甄选了我国2006—2016年间的酒店安全问题案例108起,通过对案例信息的筛选和分类,分析了酒店安全事故发生的特征。研究结果表明:时间分布上,安全事故年分布总体呈现波动上升的趋势,在旅游旺季和一天中的用餐、手续办理的高峰期时段,发生率高;空间分布上,呈现出"南多北少""东多西少"、经济发达地区多于经济相对落后地区的格局;酒店分布来看,等级越低的酒店安全事故的发生率越高,其中,经济型酒店安全事故的发生率最高;在所发生的安全事故类型中,火灾事故的发生率最高,游泳或泡温泉导致溺亡事故的发生率最低。

Hotel security Problems has always been an important effect on its operation. Exploring the characteristics of hotel accidents is a fundamental part in building the hotel security system. This paper has selected and searched 108 cases of hotel safety problems from 2006 to 2016 in China and analyzed the characteristics of hotel accidents through filtering and classifying the cases. The results show that：generally speaking,the annual number of accidents rises with fluctuation. It embodies a high incident rate during the tourist rush seasons and the rush hours of dinning and handling procedures; spatially speaking,there are more accidents in the southern and eastern parts of China while less in the northern and western parts,which means that economically developed regions have more accidents than the economically backward districts;on the distribution of hotels,the lower the level of hotels is,the higher of the incident rate of hotel accidents can be,and the budget hotels have the highest incident rate;in all the types of accidents,the incidence rate of the fire accident is the highest while the drowning in water or spa the lowest.
