应用技术型本科物流人才培养途径研究——以中原工学院信息商务学院为例

Research on the Training Approach of Application-oriented Technical Logistics Talent:A Case Study

当前我国本科物流教育存在教学同质化现象严重、学科体系及培养体系不完善等短板,使得整体培养效果不理想,中原工学院信息商务学院物流管理专业在充分调研行业企业和毕业生的基础上,结合现状确定专业培养目标,并从知识、能力和素质三方面确定应用技术型物流人才的培养规格,同时提出了应用技术型物流人才的培养途径。

At present, there are some problems in our undergraduate logistics education, such as homogeneous teaching, im-perfect disciplinary system and training system, so that the overall training effect is not satisfactory. Based on the full investi-gation of enterprises and graduates in the industry, the College of Information and Business of Zhongyuan University of Tech-nology determines the objectives of professional training, and the training standards of application-oriented technical logisticspersonnel in knowledge, ability and quality. Then it puts forward the training approach of technology-based logistics personnel.
