农业供给侧结构性改革成效、问题和对策——以安徽省安庆市为例

The Achievements,Issues and Countermeasures of the Supply-side Structural Reform in Agriculture——A Case from Anqing City in Anhui Province

安庆市近年来有序推进农业结构调整,加快转变农业发展方式,促进农村综合改革,农民增收形势呈现稳中向好态势,但仍然面临农业发展质量效益和竞争力亟待提高、农业经营服务主体难以适应现代农业发展需要、农业农村发展的生态环境约束越来越大、农民收入持续增长存在困难等问题,同时提出必须要推进农业提质增效,促进农业绿色发展,培育壮大新型农业经营服务主体,全面深化改革,提升公共服务水平等对策。

In recent years,Anqing has orderly speeded up the adjustment of agricultural structure,accelerated the transformation of the mode of agricultural development,and promoted the comprehensive reform in rural areas. The farmers' income has been steadily increased. But there are several issues needing to be addressed: the quality,benefit and competitiveness of the agricultural development need to be improved,the main body of the management and the service in agriculture is difficult to adapt to the development of modern agriculture,the ecological constraints in agriculture and rural development have further tightened and there are difficulties in the continuous growth of farmers' income. So it is paramount to accelerate the supply-side structural reform. We should improve the agricultural quality and efficiency,promote green agriculture,cultivate and strengthen the new main body of the management and the service in agriculture,deepen the reforms in an all-round way,and enhance the level of public services.
