摘要
对食品工程综合实验课程的教学内容及教学形式的改革进行初步探讨,并论述了食品工程综合实验课程实践平台的建设,旨在优化出一门符合食品学科建设发展规律和能够强化学生实践能力的实验教学课程,促进食品工程型人才培养。
A series of reforms on teaching contents and teaching methods of comprehensive practical course of food engineering was discussed,and the construction of pilot laboratory in food engineering was also researched. The objective of these reforms is to introduce a comprehensive practical course which conforms to the development of food subject and strengthens the students' practical ability,for the purpose of promoting the cultivation of food engineering talents.
