基于三角模糊数的学工办绩效综合评价研究

A Comprehensive Evaluation Study on the Performance of the Students' Affair Office on the Triangulation of Fuzzy Numbers

为建立学工办绩效综合评价体系,从思想政治、学生党建团建、日常管理、安全稳定、育人、校友征兵等工作、团队建设7个方面,构建评价指标体系,应用AHP法确定指标权重。采用三角模糊数对某学工办绩效的底层指标进行评判,结果表明该学工办的各方面工作比较均衡,但校友征兵等以及团队建设上要薄弱一些,应注意加以改进。

To establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the students ' affair office,the evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of ideological and political work,the students' party construction,daily management,security and stability,education,alumni recruiting,and team construction,with the index weight determined by AHP method. This study,using triangular fuzzy number,assesses the underlying index. The results show that this students' affair office performs all the work well except alumni recruiting and team construction.
