Debate on Historical Materialism as a Discipline:Historical Evolution and Methodological Reflection

历史唯物主义学科特征问题的提出及围绕这一问题所展开的后续讨论是在特定社会历史背景下进行的。从第二国际对历史唯物主义的去哲学化阐释到西马早期对哲学传统的恢复,直至改革开放以来国内学者的反思和批判,在对历史唯物主义学科特征的研究中存在着"单一文本解读"的问题。为了提高文本的有效解读,应充分认识历史唯物主义的阶段性和历史性特征。

The issue of the characteristics of of historical materialism as a discipline was put forward and the subsequent discussions on it were carried out in a specific social and historical context. From the de-philosophizing interpretation of the Second International to the recovery of philosophical tradition in the early stage of Western Marxism,until the reflection and criticism of domestic scholars since the reform and opening up,there has been a problem of ＂ single text interpretation＂ in the study of the characteristics of historical materialism as a discipline. In order to improve the effective text interpretation,we should fully recognize the periodical and historical features of historical materialism.
