契约精神是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分。培养大学生的契约精神是大学生健康成长和经济、社会发展的必然要求。培养大学生契约精神应该坚持以社会主义核心价值观为统揽的原则;融合市场经济和民主政治双重要求的原则;坚持全员、全过程、全方位展开原则;坚持知行统一的原则。应该抓住契约精神课程体系建设;加强契约精神校园文化建设;建立奖励、惩戒制度;注重利用仪式感培养契约精神。

The spirit of contract is an important part of college students' comprehensive quality. The cultivation of the spirit of college students is the inevitable requirement of healthy growth and economic and social development. The cultivation should adhere to the principles of socialist core values; combine with market economy and democratic politics requirements; the principles of overall,the whole process and all-dimension and the unity of moral knowledge and practice should adhere to the principles of unity of mortality and practice. Also,seize the construction of curriculum system to strengthen the construction of contract spirit of campus culture;build system of reward and punishment; pay attention to using the sense of ritual should be followed.
