Cultural Resources Development Problems and Counter Measures in Jilin Province

吉林省文化资源储量丰富,可大致分为三类:历史文化类、自然景观类、文化机构类。此三类资源在省内有不同的分布。吉林省文化资源开发应坚持的原则是:以人为本,立足优势,开发特色。开发对策是:改革文化机构类资源的管理制度;增加旅游产业的文化内涵;发掘文化资源开发主题;抓住国家发展的两个"机遇"。

Cultural resources of Jilin province is abundant,which can be roughly divided into three categories: history-culture,culture-nature and cultural institutions. The distributions of three kinds of resources are different. Cultural resources development of jilin province should adhere to the principle of people-oriented,basing on the advantage and developing-characteristic; Cultural resources development countermeasures: first,to reform the cultural institutions resource management system; Second,to increase the cultural connotation of tourism industry; Third,to explore cultural resources development theme; Fourth,to grasp two 'opportunities'in a country's development.
