摘要
中国法治建设全方位发展,对法律人才和法学教育提出了更高标准和更严要求.然而,不断扩招的法学专业却带来日益严峻的就业问题.法学专业毕业生的就业观中个人本位特征明显,公务员热持续高温,整体就业率不高,就业环境不容乐观.但究其根本原因,是社会、高校和个人的多重机制共同作用的结果.法律行业依然是当前中国的热门行业,经济分工细化要求法律服务行业也更加精细化,法学毕业生的就业前景还是很美好的,寻求适应巨变中的法律市场才是生存之道.本文通过定位和分析就业难题,提出系统的解决对策,以增加毕业生竞争优势,促进就业,实现法律行业资源优化配置,从而加快法治社会建设.
With the all-round development of China's establishment,higher standards and more serious requirements has been promoted to talents major in law and education. However,constant increasing enrollment brings gradual problem in employment. The graduates' outlook has obvious self-targeted traits,increasing passion for public servant,low rate of overall recruitment and the worse employment environment. But this result is depending on the multi-mechanics like society,colleges and individuals. Legal profession is still the hot field in China. The economy refinement needs the legal services more refining. Therefore,the prospect of law graduates is relatively fine. How to adapt to the variation of legal market is the living method. This paper analyzes the difficulties so that systematically provide the solutions. The graduates should add more advantages to promote employment,achieve optimized allocation,and then rapidly lead to the establishment of society with rule of law.
