摘要
教师职业发展与教师生命过程是同一的,教师职业发展的"挫折期"要面临专业发展迷茫、工作激情丧失、职业效能感下降、无力面对挑战等困境,其深层原因与教师生命发展到成人中期阶段有密切的联系.处于挫折期的教师个体在生命时空、生命内容、生命存在形式方面都面临新的状态,教师生命本身的困惑引发对职业发展的投入、信念、理想的困境.要想走出这种困境,教师要协调生命时空矛盾、统一内在性与外在性价值、结合制度性与选择性的生存,实现生命自我超越和职业发展的新突破.
The process of teacher occupation development and teachers' life is unified. 'Period of frustration'refers to confusing professional development,loss of passion,work occupation self-efficacy decrease,unableness of facing challenges and other difficulties. The extensive meaning closely links with their adult age. The individual teachers in the 'set back'period are confronted with a new state of life space,time and content,and the form of life existence. The confusion of the teacher's life accompanied with the dilemma of devotion,belief and dream caused by the confusion of teachers' life. In order to get out of this predicament,teachers should coordinate the contradictions of life and time,unify their internality and extrinsic value,combine institutional and selective existence,and achieve new breakthroughs in life,self transcendence and career development.
