On Constructing Relationship between Teachers and Students under Theory of Behavior Significance Perspective

摘要 探讨师生关系建构及其发生机制和条件,是构建良好师生关系的重要基础。相比情感因素在师生关系建构中的作用,行为及其意义的理解是师生关系建构的核心和关键。师生关系中,行为的内在意义主要表现为意图、生命意向和内在需要三个方面。教师对行为意义的理解制约着师生关系的建构,师生关系的冲突往往是对相互性行为的意义理解的偏差。因此,在师生关系的构建过程中,教师要参照学生内在的需求来理解学生行为的意义,剖析学生的生活处境与其行为之间的联系,要形成一种理解性的教育能力,从更多的要求走向更多的支持和关怀。 Discussing the construction of relationships between teachers and students and its mechanism as well as condition is a rational basis for constructing good relationships.Compared with the role of emotion in the construction of relationship between teachers and students,the understanding of behaviors and its meanings are the cores and key parts of relationships between teachers and students.The inner meanings of behavior between teachers and students include the intentions,the living purposes and the inner demands.The construction of relationship between teachers and students is restricted by the teachers' understandings of behavior meanings.Conflicts between teachers and students are often caused by the misunderstanding of mutual behavior.Therefore,to improve the relationship,teachers should comprehend the meaning of students' behaviors according to their inner requirements,analyze the relationship between students' living circumstance and behavior,thus developing the educational comprehension ability,from raising more demands to offering more support and care.
