吉林省高校中外合作办学现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysisof Current Situation of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools of Universities in Jilin Province

吉林省在中外合作办学数量、层次、规模等方面落后于国内经济发达地区。近三年来虽然在专业领域和学历层次等方面有所拓展和突破,但是在整体宏观调控、高端精品项目、高职高专和民办合作办学方面还需亟待提高。教育主管部门应对中外合作办学进行统筹规划、合理定位、分类发展,完善监管评估体系,提升吉林省高校中外合作办学的品位。

Jilin province lags behind the domestic developed areas in number,level and scaleof Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools. In the past three years,although there have been some expansion and breakthroughs in majors and degree,it still needs to be improved in the aspects of overall macro control,top-qualitycompetitive projects,and Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools by higher vocational schools and private colleges. The education administrative department should make overall planning,reasonable positioning and classification development,and improve the supervision and evaluation system and promote the quality of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools in Jilin province.
