中西哲学比较视角下的关系范畴探析

Studying the category of" relationship" from the perspective of philosophy will reveal its multiple significances. In the sense of ontology," relationship" is a constituent of substance. Traditional Chinese category of Xiang shows a way to grasp the essential features of things by means of" co-formation of relationship", so that identification of" relationship"will be the instrument of intuitive cognition. Reasonable adjustment of relationships among things bears significant methodological values while Dao reveals the ideal state of the harmonious relationship between things.Examination of the philosophical significance of" relationship" will help further our understanding of the intrinsic connection between modern western and traditional Chinese philosophy and eliminate the misunderstanding of"relationship" caused by cultural differences so as to promote the communication between different cultures.
