摘要
以玉米为原料生产酒精的企业多数采用半湿法提胚工艺,提胚的纯度直接影响到玉米油生产的成本。玉米半湿法提胚的特点及工艺流程,讨论玉米提胚纯度控制的思路。
Most of the enterprises that produce alcohol using corn as raw materials adopt semi-wet embryo extracting technology, and the purity of extracted embryo affects the cost of corn oil. In this paper, the characteristics and process of semi-wet corn embryo extracting method were elucidated, and the idea of controlling the purity of extracted corn embryo was discussed.
