以国有企业党建引领服务品牌创建

摘要 服务品牌建设成效与基层党组织作用发挥存在着紧密联系。服务品牌建设是基层党组织建设以及先进性作用发挥的重要载体,服务品牌建设成效与全面从严治党成果、"两学一做"常态化具有内在的关联性。本文以昆山市国有企业基层党组织建设在全面从严治党和"两学一做"背景下,在服务品牌建设方面的创新实践为例,就服务品牌建设进行了深入思考,提出服务品牌可持续建设应当重视的三个维度,即增加品牌的创建动力,弘扬品牌的文化蕴力,延展品牌的服务张力;对新形势下服务品牌建设提出了新的工作思路,即以"理"导之,以"道"润之,以"新"改之,以"民"推之,以便于激发和汇聚服务品牌建设的各种能量,为实现人民对美好生活的向往目标提供基层服务力量。 There is a close connection between the effect of service brands' construction and the function exertion of the grass-roots Party organizations. The construction of service brands is an important carrier of the exertion of both the grass-roots Party organizations' construction and the advancement, whose effect has an internal connection with the result of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline and the normalization operation of "Two Studies, One Action". In this study, the authors of the paper take innovative practice of the grass-roots party organization construction in state-owned enterprises in Kunshan City as an example to consider the service brand construction under the background of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline and the policy "Two Studies, One Action". It is proposed that in terms of the sustainable construction of service brands, attention should be paid to the three dimensions: increasing the motivation of brands' construction, carrying forward brands' cultural force, and extending brands' service tension. The authors put forward a new thinking for the service brands construction under the new situation including using truth to lead it, using morality to moisten it, using innovation to transform it, and using public praise to boost it. Only in this way can enterprises motivate and converge all kinds of energy in the service brand construction so as to provide grass-roots service for the realization of people' s yearning for a better life.
