运用问卷调查法、访谈法以及统计分析方法对政府购买居家养老服务的满意度及其影响因素进行相关性和因子分析,找出影响政府购买居家养老服务满意度的主要因素,为优化政府购买居家养老服务政策提供科学依据。政府购买居家养老服务的满意度与政策主体、服务传递者和输送者、服务对象均有关联,今后政府购买居家养老服务的重点要放在培育供给市场,提高服务和产品的针对性,提高服务传递和输送的有效性,提高老人对居家养老服务的满意度,促进居家养老服务供需平衡。

By using the questionnaire survey method, interview method and statistical analysis method, this paper makes a correlation and factor analysis of the satisfaction degree of the government purchase of home-based care services and its influencing factors, identifies the main factors that affect the satisfaction degree of the government purchase of home-based care services, and provides a scientific basis for optimizing the policy of the government to purchase home-based care services. The satisfaction degree of the government purchase of home-based care services is related to policy subjects, service delivery persons and service objects.
