明代通俗小说空间背景设置的渲染自然模式

作者以全知叙述的方式介绍给读者的自然景观,且在设置过程中往往带有夸张的成分,姑且称之为渲染自然模式。到了通俗小说鼎盛的明清时代,这种空间背影的设置方式就形成了特定的模式:凡作者设置人物活动或事件展开的背景时,大都采用"只见""但见""怎见得"等词语提示而出,在描述景观时又均以词诗赋曲的句式进行表述,且在表达中掺杂进夸张、比喻、想象的成分。渲染自然的设置背景模式并不单单体现于神魔小说里,在绿林小说和世情小说中也有突出的表现。
