立德树人视域下高校思政教师教育理念的重塑

Reconstruction of Ideological-political Teaching Methods in the View of Morality Education

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话精神是新形势下做好高校思想政治教育的重要的纲领性文件。思政教师作为高校立德树人目标最重要的承担者和推动者,必须要在积极完善教师的主体性意识、树立协同育人的系统意识、坚持思想政治教育创新性发展、主动适应"互联网+教育"新理念等四个方面重塑教育理念,才能切实有效地提高思想政治教育的吸引力和有效性,实现高校立德树人的总目标和总任务。

The spirit of speech delivered by general secretary Xi Jinping at the national meeting of Ideological and political work is an important programmatic document for college ideological and political education under the new situation. The University ideological and political teachers as the most important undertaker and promoter,aims at morality education,should actively discards teacher's subject consciousness,establishes cooperative education system consciousness,adheres to the ideological and political education innovation and development,actively adapts to the new concept of "Internet plus education"four aspects to reshape the concept of education,so as to effectively improve attraction and effectiveness of ideological and political education,as well as achieving the overall goal and task of college moral education.
