摘要 公共事业管理专业在我国开办已有十余年.伴随着专业的迅猛发展,各种问题也纷至沓来,以致有合法性危机之说.面对如此严峻的形势,地方高校如何抓住国家教育改革的历史机遇,结合公共事业发展需要,在胜任力理论视角下,构建合理的人才培养模式已成为亟待解决的重要课题. The major of public-service management has been set up for more than 10 years in China.With the rapid development of these major and local universities,many problems emerge and the idea of "the crisis of validity"about this major was come up with.Under the severe circumstances,it is extremely important for the local universities to construct proper talent training mode for the major of public-service management from the point of view of "competency theory",of which it is not only highly important for the development of this major,but also it is significant for the local universities to grasp the historic opportunity of education reform in China.
