In this paper,according to the analysis of our school and the job market,and detailed discusses construction training platform that the language communication ability training as the fulcrum,the formation system of the guidance and service with students during the period of school.Through operation of the training platform to promote students’ comprehensive quality and autonomous learning ability goal,to improve students’ market recognition.
